Purchase Procedure:

To start buying, just browse the "Spare Parts" page, select your desired brand, and click on the link to view the spare parts diagrams of your selected BRAND.

Now by pointing the mouse over the item code, you can see a short item description (visitors using Netscape browser can also see the description in the low section of their browser).

By clicking on the item's code, a small window will pop up showing the item's code, description and price. Please note that all prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are shown excluding the GST, which may be payable by customers within Australia.

To order any item, just simply click on the button "BUY", and this will take you to the shopping cart.

To continue to browse, close the small window, click the "X" on the right corner.

As you add more items, the shopping cart will automatically update

You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time, by just clicking the button "View cart" on the menu bar (left side of most pages).

When finished selecting spare parts, check your shopping cart and then click on check out now button. This will take you to the next window where you can finish processing your order.

FAQ:

Q. I have clicked on the item code, yet the item window does not pop up.
A. Make sure you have javascript activated, on your browser.

Q. What if I don't insert a quantity?
A. The system will automatically assume a quantity of 1 (one) item. If you want more than 1 item, you have to type the quantity desired.

Q. I sent the order, what happens now?
A. We will pack and send the order the same day, and if we do not have the parts in stock, we will contact you via email or by phone.

Q. I closed the page showing my order list, do I have to redo the order?
A.Don't worry, you closed the web page not the order. If you add another item the page, your order will show up again, otherwise you can click the "view your shopping cart" button on the menu bar of most pages.

CoffeeParts are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with all relevant Australian laws. Any personal information that you submit will be used simply to process your orders and is protected by a secure server and encryption. CoffeeParts is not involved in the selling, trading or alternative unauthorized use of personal information. We will not, on any circumstances pass on personal details to other organizations, unless required by law.

Pricing

There are many factors that are out of our control. Due to these reasons, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our constant effort to provide our visitors and buyers the most updated information, there will be inevitable a chance that our items may be priced at a different pricing level.

In the event a product is advertised with incorrect information such as but not limited to incorrect prices, incorrect functionality promoted, incorrect pictures shown, typographical error, photographical error, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, CoffeeParts shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.

Ordering

Due to extremely quick turnovers of our orders, CoffeeParts may at times have to restrict the number of certain items that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are limited in stocks, CoffeeParts reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our continued commitment to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, CoffeeParts reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you.

There is no refund provided for all items. Only exchange is allowed.

Payment

There are 4 payment methods to choose from. They are as follows:

Delivery

Our products are deilvered by eith Australia Post, Australia Post Express or via Courier. We will email customers with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped if applicable. Shipping duration is generally the next working day (from when payment has been recieved by CoffeeParts) depending on the location of the customer. In the event that our couriers return the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

Shipping cost is approximately:
$7.50 (based on a total weight not exceeding 0.5kg)
$10.00 (based on a total weight not exceeding 3kg)
$20.00 (for international orders)
If the product is above this weight additional shipping cost will be charged.

Warranty

All products are have a 7 days return policy, unless stated otherwise. In the unlikely event of a fulty product, please email us at info@CoffeeParts.com for further instructions. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to us. All products need to be returned in original packaging, and good care is to be taken when packaging to ensure no damage occurs in transit. CoffeeParts has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair process should be issued under any circumstances or situation.

The terms of our warranty are as follows:

• B. Returns must be communicated with Coffee Parts staff prior to sending
• C. Original invoice to accompany return

The following are not covered by warranty : (however they are tested prior to dispatch

Under the following circumstances, warranty will be voided even within warranty period :

• A. Full particular are not shown or alterations made against the actual information for e.g. alteration of the date of invoice.
• B. This unit being tampered with, altered in any way by any unauthorised technician or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident.
• C. The warranty does not cover damage occurring in transit or operated contrary to instructions.
• D. The defect is caused by fire, lighting, natural disaster, pollution, water, abnormal voltage or the usage of generator.

This warranty shall not apply to wear and tear. At the time of return, pack equipment carefully against shock, insure parcel, enclosed original invoice and describe defects. This warranty excludes any liabilities which are not expressed above, such as forwarding expenses or travel.
